# Complex user experience

One of the major obstacles to overcome when it comes to providing games via DApp is the complexity of its use. The steps required before and after the installation of DApp such as setting up of a wallet and backup can be cumbersome. 

And as public blockchain networks require transaction fees in the form of cryptocurrencies, they will need to create a crypto exchange account as well. And not many users will be willing to put up with such inconvenience though DApp does indeed have great potential. Thus, user experience must be improved, and relevant processes must be streamlined in order to attract users.
